摘　　要：目的探讨Caspase-3在翼状胬肉中的表达及发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测20例翼状胬肉、10例正常结膜中Caspase-3的表达。结果20例翼状胬肉中Caspase-3的阳性表达率为45%(9/20),正常结膜中Caspase-3的阳性表达率为90%(9/10)。Caspase-3阳性表达两组间差异有显著意义,P<0.05。结论Caspase-3在翼状胬肉中的低表达,提示细胞凋亡和增殖异常,可能与翼状胬肉的发生、发展有关。Objective To study the expression and its significance of caspase-3 in human pterygium. Methods The immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to examine the expression of caspase-3 in 20 eases of pterygium and 10 cases of normal conjunetiva. Results The positive rate of caspase-3 was 45% in the pterygium and was 90% in the normal conjunctiva. There was significant difference in the exprssion of caspase-3 bertween the pterygium and normal conjuctiva （p 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion There is a low caspase-3 expression in pterygium ,which suggests that there is abnormal apoptosis and proliferation and that the caspase-3 plays an important role in the apoptosis and the development of pterygium.
