结膜新月形切除术治疗老年性结膜松弛溢泪的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人因结膜松弛溢泪的治疗方法及发病机制。方法通过对门诊和住院的12例21眼老年结膜松弛溢泪病人进行结膜新月形切除术等手术治疗。结果术后随访3月-2年，治愈10例，有效2例。无明显并发症。结论结膜新月形切除术对老年结膜松弛溢泪有较好的治疗效果，值得推广应用。Objective To invcstgate the treatment methods and the pathogenesis for aged conjunctivochalasis with epiphora Methods Twenty-one eyes of twelve patients with epiphora from aged relaxed bulbar conjunctiva underwent a surgical excision of the relaxed bulbar conjunctiva. Results All the patients were followed up 3 -24 months. Ten patients were completely cured and two were improved. There were no operative and postoperative complications in this series. Conclusion One of the causes of aged epiphora is conjunctivochalasis, and the excision of the relaxed bulbar conjunctiva may act as a therapeutic approach to the aged epiphora.
