摘　　要：通过从资源、成本与风险三维视角出发,剖析了三者与战略联盟稳定性之间的关系,提出有效保持战略联盟稳定性的准则。This paper discusses the relation among resource,cost,risk and the strategic alliance stability, and provides some available rules to maintain the strategic alliance stability from the three-dimension view of resource,cost,risk.
