三味舒郁方择时用药对利血平致郁小鼠的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究三味舒郁方择时用药对利血平致郁小鼠的作用。方法:通过利血平诱导的小鼠抑郁模型实验,观察药物对利血平效应(小鼠眼睑下垂度、体温等指标)的影响,及不同时间给药的效果,同时观察三味舒郁方不同时间给药对小鼠睡眠的影响。结果:三味舒郁方能明显抑制利血平效应引起的小鼠眼睑下垂,改善体温下降的趋势;并有一定的减少入睡时间,延长睡眠时间的作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),不同时间药效不同。结论:三味舒郁方有明显的抗抑郁和改善睡眠质量的作用,晨间给药优于夕间给药。Objective ：To compare the effects of Sanweishuyu recipe on reserpine reversal test in mice by chrono-medication. Methods：Experimental model mice of depression were induced by reserpine for observing the correlation of the drug with reserpine induced symptoms, including the degree of ptosis and body temperature. The latent period of falling asleep and sustained period of sleep by administering pentobarbital sodium in mice were measured to evaluate the effects of Sanweishuyu recipe by chrono-medication on the depression and sleep. Results： Sanweishuyu recipe could significantly reject the reserpine induced symptoms of depression, reduce the latent period of falling asleep and prolong the sustained period of sleep in mice（ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Sanweishuyu recipe may be better antidepressant and hypnotic when taken in the morning.
