温脑活络汤择时用药对脑出血大鼠炎症反应与纤溶凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、D-二聚体(D-D)与凝血指标,探讨温脑活络汤择时给药对大鼠脑出血急性期的治疗作用及是否会导致再出血的发生,并寻找最佳给药时间。方法:将造模成功的脑出血大鼠随机分为模型3d组、模型生理盐水组和汤药4个择时用药组(4个时间点分别为3时、9时、15时和20时),分别于造模3d和7d后测定TNF-α、D-D与凝血指标。结果:给药7d后汤药各组的TNF-α与D-D均恢复至正常值上下(P>0.05),且以9时组更接近正常值(P<0.05);各组凝血指标则无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:温脑活络汤对大鼠脑出血有治疗作用,对凝血指标无明显影响。Objective：To investigate the protective effect and determine the best time-choice in administering the traditional Chinese medicine complex, Wen-nao-huo-luo decoction, in the intracerebral henlorrhage （ICH） rats by detecting TNF-α, D-Dimer（D-D）, water content in cerebral tissue and bleeding coagulation index. Methods ： The ICH rats were randomly divided into a 3-day-administration group, normal saline group and four tlme-choosing administration groups（ The time of administration was set at 3, 9, 15, or 21 o＇clock respectively）. TNF-α, D-D, water content in cerebral tissue and bleeding coagulation index were measured respectively after treatment in 3 and 7 days. Results： The findings showed that TNF-a, D-D, water content in cerebral tissue of the rats given therapy returned to normal value in 7 days （ P 〉 0.05） while bleeding congulation index showed no change. A satisfactory effect was observed in the 9-o＇ clock-group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Wen-nao- huo-luo decoction can play an essential role in changing water content in cerebral tissue of ICH rats and it won＇t produce any effect on coagulation index.
