摘　　要：本系统采用了温度传感器芯片AD590和单片机技术，运用PID算法，实现了测量范围为0～150℃，测量精度小于±0．1℃，控制精度小于0．2℃的超高温杀菌温度控制系统。本系统结构简单、成本低、控制精度高、操作方便。A temperature-controlled system for the equipment of UHT was designed in which the temperature sensor ADS90 and the SCM technology were used. It was based on the new integrated circuit and the classical PID algorithm. Its measuring range is from 0 to 150℃, the measuring accuracy is better than ＋0. 1℃, the control precision is better than 0.2℃. This system has following advantages： simple structure, low cost, high control precision, and ease operation.
