摘 要:以高效低毒的旱田除草剂异草酮(2-(2-氯苄基)-4,4-二甲基异唑-3-酮)的基本结构为基础,以Baylis-Hillman加成物为起始原料,设计并合成了3个新型的2-(4,4-二甲基异唑啉-3-酮-2-基)甲基-3-取代芳基丙烯酸酯类化合物,产物及中间体结构经IR,1H NMR和元素分析确证;生物活性测定结果表明:2-溴甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)丙烯酸乙酯(2b)具有很好的杀虫活性,在600 g ai/hm2的剂量下对朱砂叶螨防效为100%.所合成的目标化合物3在2 000 g ai/hm2的剂量下均具有一定的除草活性,可作为除草活性的新型先导化合物供进一步优化研究.Three novel 2-( (4, 4-dimethyl-3-oxoisoxazolidin-2-yl ) methyl)-3-aryl acrylate deriva- tives were designed and synthesized utilizing Baylis-Hillman adducts as starting materials, based on the Clomazone (FMC-57020) [ 2- (2-chlorobenzyl)-4,4-dimethylisoxazolidin-3-one] which is a low-toxicity high-efficiency soybean herbicide developed by FMC Corporation in the USA. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. An evaluation done for their biological activities indicated that the target compounds 3 exhibit efficien- tly the herbicidal activity at 2 000 g ai/hm^2, while the intermediate ethyl 2-(bromomethyl)-3-(2, 4-dichloro phenyl) acrylate (2b) shows insecticidal activity with a thorough control of tetranychus cinnabarinus at 600 g ai/hm^2. Because of the herbicidal activities found in all the acrylate derivatives (3), they may be regarded as the lead herbicidal compounds to study further.
