摘　　要：在网络信息时代,具有专业背景,能提供深层次文献信息服务的学科馆员日趋重要。我国许多高校图书馆也相继建立了“学科馆员”制度。但目前我国大多数高校图书馆尚不具备学科馆员生存的环境。放缓学科馆员创建步伐,积极创造条件,培养人才,应是整个图书馆界现阶段努力的方向。In network information age, the subject librarians who have professional background and can offer profound information resource service are becoming more and more important. A lot of university libraries set up subject librarian system one after another in our country. But the libraries of most universities in our country don＇t possess the suitable envirenment that subject librarian survive at present. Buffering the paces of subject librarians establishment, creating the condition actively and training talents should a diligent direction of the circle of library at present stage.
