摘  要:提出了卡环弹性结构弯曲成形计算模型.对弯曲成形工序进行分析,提出了成形内径、搭叠长度和弹性核高度的计算模型;对卡环弯曲成形工序进行了模拟,并结合实验讨论了成形内径、搭叠长度和弹性核高度的影响.研究表明:计算结果与实验结果吻合较好.当内胎模直径从Ф87.5mm增加到Ф95.0mm,成形内径从Ф92.0mm增加到Ф100.0mm.Ф98mm卡环的搭叠长度建议为8.0~12.0mm.This paper presented a model for the bending process of a spring structure. After analyzing such demands as accuracy and jointing force to shuttle, the model was established according to the characteristics of various forming and processing methods. By modeling the bending process, the effects from such factors as the diameter formed, length covered and the height of elastic zone were discussed. The results showed that there was a good agreement between the computed and the measured data, and the inside mold diameters were applied to from Ф87.5 mm to Ф95.0 mm. The inner diameters of shuttles rose from Ф92.0 mm to Ф100.0 mm. Then, the covering length of the shuttle should be recommended as 8.0-12.0 mm.
