摘　　要：目的:探讨大肠癌(CRC)中上皮钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)、β-连接素(β-cat)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的表达水平,并分析三者的相互关系．方法:应用免疫组化方法检测60例CRC肿瘤组织标本和8例正常大肠组织标本中E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7的表达水平,分析E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7在二者中表达的差异,并结合其临床病理资料进行综合分析．结果:E-cad、正常β-cat、异常β-cat和MMP-7在CRC中的阳性表达率分别为73．3%(44/60), 66．7%(40/60),63．3%(38/60)和73．3%(44/60)．E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7的阳性表达率与患者的年龄、性别和肿瘤的大小、部位及分化类型均无关．而与肿瘤的侵犯深度和转移与否密切相关．E-cad和β-cat正常表达之间呈明显正相关(r=0．359,P=0．005)．β-cat正常表达和β-cat异常表达之间呈明显负相关(r=-0．324,P= 0．012)．β-cat异常表达和MMP-7之间呈明显正相关(r=0．487,P=0．000)．结论:E-cad,β-cat和MMP-7的表达与CRC的侵袭转移和预后密切相关,可作为判定CRC预后的有效指标．AIM： To detect expression of E-cadherin, β-catenin and matrix metalloproteinase-7 （MMP-7） as well as their correlations in colorectal carcinoma （CRC）. METHODS： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin, β-catenin and MMP-7 protein in 60 specimens of CRC and 8 specimens of normal colorectal tissues. The corresponding clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The positive rates of E-cadherin, normal β-catenin, abnormal β-catenin and MMP-7 expression in CRC were 73.3%, 66.7%, 63.3% and 73.3%, respectively, which were significantly correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, but not with the age, sex andtumor size or position and differentiation of the patients＇. The normal expression of β-catenin was positively correlated with E-cadherin expression （r = 0.359, P = 0.005） in CRC, but negatively correlated with the abnormal expression of β-catenin （r = -0.324, P = 0.012）. There existed positive correlation between the expression of MMP-7 and the abnormal expression of 13-catenin （r = 0.487, P = 0.000）. CONCLUSION： The expression of E-cadherin, β-catenin and MMP-7 are closely correlated with the invasion/metastasis and prognosis of CRC, and they may serve as effective markers in the judgement CRC prognosis.
