摘 要:目的:建立小腿假肢接受腔-残肢生物机械系统三维几何模型。方法:以一名25岁男性小腿截肢患者为对象,采用三维坐标测量和核磁共振成像获得原始数据,利用软件MIMICS、SURFACER、SOLIDWORKS等实现了接受腔和残肢的三维重构,并根据接受腔修型模式等完成了系统装配。结果:数字化三维模型较精确的反映了接受腔-残肢系统的几何特征。结论:这种低成本方法可用于假肢数字化设计、有限元分析和计算机辅助制造。Objective:To reconstruct a three-dimensional model of bio-mechanical system in a prosthetic socket of below-knee residual limb. Method:A subject living with below-knee prosthetic socket for 5 years was recruited, and the original data of the stump was obtained through 3-D measuring and MRI. Three-dimensional models of the prosthetic socket and residual limb were reconstructed separately by software MIMICS, SURFACER and SOLIDWORKS ere, and the system was assembled corresponding to rectification template.Result:The new digital 3-D model successfully reconstructed the socket-limb system with high degree of accuracy.Conclusion: This technique with low cost was proved to be available for prosthetic socket designing, finite-element analysis and computer-aided manufacturing.
