摘　　要：高技术产业集群是促进高技术发展的良好产业组织形式。通过对高技术产业集群的概念、生成阶段和协同学模型的理论研究,基于协同学理论分析了影响高技术产业集群生成的主要因素,即区位禀赋、产业特性、市场需求、企业家和机遇。The hi-teeh industrial cluster is a good industrial organization form that promotes the development of high technology. The research includes the hi-teeh industrial clusterg concept, the forming phases and the synergetics models. Based on the theories of synergetics, the key factors on the forming of hi -tech industrial cluster are the local resource, the industrial characteristic, the market demand, the entrepreneur and the opportunity.
