摘　　要：再考证了Plyometrics术语的起源,综述了其国外名称的争议;并从词源、构词法、肌肉运动形式和训练效果等角度讨论了Plyometrics现有中文译名的合理性;分析了其“拉长—缩短周期”的理论基础和速度核心问题,探讨了Plyometrics中“连接时间”和“偿债阶段”两个重要概念,并综述了Plyomet-rics和Plyometrics Training相关的判断标准、疲劳与训练适应以及训练方法的新进展,以期为Plyometrics相关的理论研究和实践应用提供参考。In this paper,the origin of Plyometrics term was re-examined, and the debate of Plyometrics＂ naming was reviewed. The author analyzed its Chinese translation and discussed the rationality from aspect of etymon, word-building, muscle exercise form and training effect. Then, the theoretical basement and speed emphasis of the term were analyzed. And two key conceptions of ＂ connect time＂ and ＂ amortization phase＂ were discussed. After that, the author reviewed the pertinent criterion of Pleyometrics and Plyometrics training, lucubrates the complexion of fatigue and training adaptation. Lastly, reviewed the latest development of Plyometrics training, so as to serve for theoretical research and its application.
