摘  要:目的:探讨不同的人工牙颊舌径对单侧游离端套筒冠义齿基牙位移的影响。方法:建立肯氏II类塑料模型,制作套筒冠义齿,改变人工牙颊舌径,垂直加载29.4N、49N、68.6N力时,测量基牙位移值,通过计算求出各方向的位移、扭转量,最后进行统计分析。结果:与未减径时相比,人工牙颊舌向减径1/4后,2基牙水平扭转程度显著减小,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);减径1/3后,2基牙在各方向的位移、倾斜、扭转均显著减小,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:单侧游离端套筒冠义齿人工牙颊舌向减径1/3后,基牙的位移、倾斜、扭转程度明显减小,可增加义齿稳定性,有利于基牙牙周支持组织的健康。Objective: Todiscusstheinfluenceof buccolingualwidthofartificialposteriorteethonabutmentdisplacements in unilateral distal-extension telescope crown denture. Methods: To fabricate study model of mandibular unilateral distalextension and make telescope crown denture on the model. When the denture was loaded with 29.4N, 49N,68.6N pressure, the abutment displacement was measured.The amount of displacements in all directions were statistically analyzed. Results: Significant reduction had been observed on the twist-like displacement of abutments after buccolingual width of artificial posterior teeth was reduced by 1/4, and on all three axes of abutment displacements after buccolingual width of artificial posterior teeth was reduced by 1/3. (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Abutment displacements can be reduced through reducing buccolingual width of artificial posterior teeth, thereby, the stability of unilateral distal-extension RPD retained with telescope crown was improved. Abutments supporting tissues can be protected by preventing rotary displacement.
