摘　　要：若进行油气田开发项目综合后评价的分析,结合油气田开发项目的特点,建立一套科学、实用、合理的综合后指标体系则是后评价的前提和关键。在油气田开发项目的综合后评价中,引入模糊评价法对油气田开发项目进行成功度评价,具有一定的可行性,因为这比使用简单的成功度评价法更能准确评价开发项目的成功程度。就油气田开发项目综合后评价指标体系的建立与模糊综合后评价做了初步的研究与尝试。When making the post evaluation,it is the premise and key of the post evaluation that establishes a set of scientific ,practical,reasonable synthesis post system of indicators according to the characteristics of the gas-oil development project.It has the certain feasibility when we introduce the method of synthetic fuzzy evaluation in the post evaluation of the gas-oil field development project,because this way can be more accurately to evaluate the successful degree of the project comparing with the simple success appraisal way.The preliminary research and the attempt have been done for the establishment of the system of indicators for synthesis post evaluation and the synthetic fuzzy evaluation.
