摘 要:随着高校招生规模的拓展和职能的增加,直线型组织结构对环境适应性差、不同职能部门之间协调性差等缺点日益凸显,尤其是科层化严重、学术权力较弱、群团组织权力不受重视等,成为违背大学职能、偏离大学理念的不和谐因素。鉴于此,我国高校组织结构应遵循坚持办学特色、注重整体和谐和以人为本的原则,在现有结构的基础上进行矩阵型变革,即建立学术权力与行政权力相结合、教学与科研相结合、学科与项目相结合、教师组织与学生组织相结合的多重矩阵。With enlarging of enrollment and strengthening creasingly exposed of its function, colleges and universities have inits weaknesses , such as less - flexible liner organization structure, lack of harmony among different departments; and serious bureaucracy, low academic authority, neglected group rights prevailing in universities form unharmonious factors that err from the aim of running schools and from universal education value. In view of this situation, the paper suggests that in organizational structure, our colleges and universities should follow the principle of featured operating guideline, integrated harmony and people orientation, and take a matrix reform, i.e. the combination of academic and administrative authority, that of teaching and research, discipline and project, and that of teacher groups and student organizations.
