摘　　要：迅速进展性痴呆是一类进展快速的痴呆综合征,在起病数周至数月内出现智能减退达严重程度。很多疾病可以引起这种痴呆,部分是可逆的。认识这种痴呆综合征的特点、病因,可以帮助我们正确诊断和治疗,改善预后。Rapidly progressive dementia（RPD） is a kind of dementia syndrome which has a much more rapid course than other dementia caused by neural degenerative diseases,The dementia usually occurred and deteriorated within several weeks to months after the onset.Many diseases can cause this special kind of dementia syndrome and some of them are reversible,To know the features and the causes of the rapidly progressive dementia can help us to make the diagnosis and give the treatment rightly and improve the prognosis.
