摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会,是党的十六届四中全会提出的一项目标,建设“平安校园”,是我国近几年教育系统、各大专院校工作的重点之一,加强校卫队的建设和管理,将有助于加快“平安校园”创建。Set up the socialist diapason society is one item to put forward the Fourth Meeti-ng of Party＇s 16th Center Committee. Building ＂peaceful campus＂ is one of the points that our country education system and each university and college to work in the last few years. Strengthen the construction and management of the safeguard team in the campus will contribute to speed ＂ peaceful campus＂ to establish.
