肺癌基因变异研究进展

摘　　要：研究结果表明，p53和Rb／p16的变异是肺癌相关的重要基因变异，其他一些基因如FHIT、survivin、p27等变异也与肺癌有关。进一步分析肺癌和转移性肺癌的基因变异，特别是主要染色体区段的基因变异，有助于彻底了解肺癌全基因组的基因变异。Study results indicate that mutations of p53 and Rb/pl6 are essential for lung cancer. The mutations of several other genes such as FHIT,surviving and p27 ,are correlative with lung cancer too. Further analyses of gene mutations in lung cancer and lung metastasis, particular in specifical chromosome segment, will give us valuable information to fully understand the gene mutations of lung cancer genome.
