摘　　要：骨肉瘤是一种最常见于儿童和青少年的恶性骨肿瘤，近年来骨肉瘤治疗技术不断进步，新辅助化疗的出现使患者的5年生存率大为提高，保肢术逐渐取代截肢术。基因疗法和免疫疗法已成为骨肉瘤治疗新的发展方向。Osteosarcoma is the most common malignant bone tumor in children and adolescents. Therapy strategies for osteosarcoma are improved in recent years. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy improves the 5-year survival rate dramatically,limb-sparing surgical operation replaces amputation surgery gradually. Gene therapy and immune therapy are the new direction for the therapy of osteosarcoma.
