摘　　要：为了满足在野外和井下等复杂环境中精确测量位移的要求,专门研制了一种高精度、低漂移的精密位移传感器。该传感器是在传统差动变压器(LVDT)式位移传感器的基础上,采用LVDT信号处理芯片AD598来提高其性能,使传感器的精度提高到±0.05%。通过加补偿绕组,改善了传感器的温度特性。In order to meet the requirement of measuring displacement in the complex environment, a displacement sensor with high precision and low shif is designed. A AD598 is used in the circuit to improve the performance of the sensor. The precision of the sensor is up to ±0.05%. The temperature characteristic of the sensor is improved by adding a compensation coil.
