摘　　要：目的:探讨Ag85B在荷瘤小鼠体内诱发抗肿瘤免疫效应。方法:C57BL/6小鼠静脉接种B16细胞,8 d后于对照组和实验组分别输入经照射的B16/pcDNA3细胞和B16/pcDNA3-Ag85B细胞,观测肿瘤结节和体积。结果:对照组小鼠在第18 d肺部开始出现2个肿瘤结节,在第23 d肺部出现6个直径3mm的肿瘤结节;而实验组小鼠在第23 d肺部出现2个直径3 mm的肿瘤结节。结论:Ag85B对小鼠肺部转移肿瘤治疗有一定的疗效。Objective： To determine the anfi-tumor immunity effect of Ag85B antigen in mice. Methods： C57BL/ 6 mice were inoculated intravenously with B6 cells. Eight days later irradiated B16/pcDNA3 cells （control group） and B16/pcDNA3 - Ag85B cells （experimental group） were injected into the mice, respectively. Results： On day 18, 2 small tumor noduses appeared in the lung of control group. On day 23, 6 noduses in the control group were observed and the size of the tumors increased up to 3 mm in diameters, while in the experimental group only two small noduses of 3 mm in diameter were noted on day 23 after the injection. Conclusion： results suggest that Ag85B have some therapeutic effect on the lung tumor in mice.
