摘　　要：Sommerlad腭帆提肌重建术可有效恢复腭帆提肌正常的解剖结构和位置,重建提腭吊带,易获得良好的腭咽闭合。充分游离错位的腭帆提肌,将其由原来的前内斜行复位到正常位置,即软腭的后1/3区,重建腭后其语音清晰度状况、高鼻音以及鼻漏气都得到明显的改善。部分能合作的患儿,咽腔造影显示术后腭咽闭合率65%。Sommerlad levator muscle of palatine velum reconstruction can effectively restore a normal anatomic structure and location of the levator muscle of palatine velum. The reconstruction of levator sling is generally conducive to a satisfactory palatopharyngeal occlusion. The process consists of sufficient dissociation of malposed levator muscle of palatine velum, reposi- tion from anteriointernal oblique to a normal position, ie, posterior 1/3 area of the soft palate. After reconstruction of the palate, the grade of lamprophony, high nasal sound, and nasal air leak can be ameliorated greatly. For those who enable to cooperate with doctors, pharyngeal cavity contrast examination exhibits that the postoperative palatopharyngeal occlusion rate is 65%.
