摘  要:目的对广州市褐云玛瑙螺(Achatina fulica)感染广州管圆线虫(Angiostrongylus cantonensis)第Ⅲ期幼虫的情况进行调查和比较,填补广州市广州管圆线虫病的流行病学资料。方法分别于2000年7月和2004年7月对广州市天河区、海珠区和越秀区褐云玛瑙螺进行采样收集,消化法分离第Ⅲ期幼虫,计算感染率和感染度并与过去及国内其它地区进行比较,用灌胃法构建大鼠和小鼠动物模型,检测脑部和心肺晚期虫体。结果广州市褐云玛瑙螺广州管圆线虫感染率,2000年为44.2%(57/129),感染度401条/螺,而2004年为27.3%(33/121),感染度为72条/螺,2次感染率差异有显著性(χ2=7.5,P<0.01),各区褐云玛瑙螺的感染率差异较大,最高达65.9%。褐云玛瑙螺的感染率与其螺重呈正比。用分离的第Ⅲ期幼虫构建了小鼠和大鼠动物模型,分别从脑部和心肺检出较晚期虫体。结论广州市褐云玛瑙螺的广州管圆线虫感染率和感染度2004年较2000年有明显下降,2004年感染率低于曾发生过广州管圆线虫病暴发流行的地区;小鼠适于构建广州管圆线虫第Ⅳ、Ⅴ期模型,大鼠适于构建第Ⅴ期和成虫模型。The infection of the Ⅲ stage worms of Anchatina fulica with Angiostrongylus cantonensis was investigated and compared with the infection in other areas of China to add the additional epidemiologieal data of this parasite in Guangzhou, Samples of A. fulica were collected from various districts in Guangzhou area in July 2000 and July 2004 ,and the infection rate and intensity with A. cantonensis were compared with the data obtained from other cities of China. Meanwhile, the rat and mouse models of infection were established by stomach intubation and the morphological characteristics of the late stage worms in brain, heart and lungs of the infected animals were examined. It was found that the infection rate discovered in 5 districts of Guangzhou in 2000 was 44. 2% ( 57/129), and the infection intensity was 401 worms per A. fulica. , while in 2004, the former was 27.3% (33/121) and the latter was 72 worms per A. fikca. Significant differences in infection rates of these two courses of infection existed (X^2= 7. 5, P〈0.01). Both the infection rate and infection intensity in Guangzhou area were rather lower than those in other cities with breakout ever before, such as Wenzhou, Zhejiang province and Changle, Fujian province, hut higher than those of other places where there was no any breakout before, such as Fuzhou, Fujian province. The infection rates from different districts in Guangzhou were also different and the highest rate of infection of 65.9 % occurred in Lijiao village. In addition , the positive rate of infection positively correlated with the weight of snails, and both rat and mouse models could be infected with worms. It is evident from the above observations that the infection rate and intensity of A. fulica with A. cantonensis show a tendency to decline, in which the infection rate of 2004 in Guangzhow appears to be lower than those of other epidemic cities in China. It is also clear that mouse is suitable to establish the animal model of infection with IV and V stages A. cantonensis, and
