摘  要:黄斑水肿的治疗近年来得到广泛的关注,成为研究的热点,但各种新方法的并发症和疗效尚存在一定的争议,阈下微脉冲半导体(810nm)激光(SMD)治疗黄斑水肿,减少激光曝光持续时间和使用不可见激光斑,能降低可见光凝斑本身对黄斑区视网膜脉络膜的损害,减轻黄斑水肿和提高视力。本文围绕SMD的实验和临床研究进展综述如下。Treatment of macular edema was the investigative focus for the past few years, but the complication and curative effect of new approaches was discussed for quite a long time. Subthreshold micropulse diode (SMD) laser treatment can shorten a laser pulse limits, reduce the spread of photocoagulation damage caused by heat conduction during a laser exposure, avoid chorioretinal scars which could expand or increase the risk of iatrogenic choroidal neovascularisation and improve long term visual prognosis. The experimental and dinical research progresses are discussed in the present article.
