摘　　要：目的:探讨春季卡他性结膜炎急性期泪液β2微球蛋白的分泌状况。方法:选择2006-07/2006-08在解放军第546医院眼科门诊依次就诊的患者27例(50眼),排除其他类型的结膜炎,用5mm直径滤纸采集泪液,用RIA法检测β2-微球蛋白的含量,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:春卡组泪液β2微球蛋白含量为17.71±13.50mg/L,其范围为:6.28～60.25mg/L,与同一地区正常组比较P<0.05。结论:春季卡他性结膜炎急性期β2-微球蛋白处于高度活化分泌状态,对探讨春季卡他性结膜炎的发病机制和指导治疗具有积极意义。AIH： To investigate secretion state of β2-microglobulin in acute stage of vernal conjunctivitis. HETHODS： This study involved Rfty eyes of 27 consecutive vernal conjunctivitis patients were involved who had been admitted by the Department of Ophthalmology, Hospital of Chinese PLA between July 2006 and August 2006. All the other categories of conjunctivitis were excluded. The patients＇ tears were gathered by 5-mm-diameter filter paper. The contents of β2-microglobulin were detected by RIA method and compared with that of normal control group in the same district. RESULT： The contents of β2-microglobulin of the patient were 17.71±13.50mg/L （6.28-60.25mg/L）, which was significently different from that in the controls （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The contents of β2-microglobulin in vernal conjunctivitis patients were in activated secretor state, which has positive significance in exploring the pathogenesis and guiding the therapy of vernal conjunctivitis.
