摘 要:对半夏的毒性成分研究和炮制机理现状作一概述。生半夏的毒性主要表现在对多种黏膜的刺激性,这种刺激性是半夏炮制前后毒性比较的一个指标。而从生半夏中提取分离得到的纯草酸钙针晶具有强烈的刺激性作用,其不溶于水和各种有机溶剂,但能够溶于酸、碱性溶液,炮制辅料白矾和石灰水则分别呈一定的酸、碱性,因此提出从草酸钙针晶被破坏的角度解释半夏炮制解毒的机理。This paper reviews the toxic substances and processing mechanism of Rhizoma Pinelliae. The toxicity of raw Rhizoma Pinelliae is mainly considered as irritation which is always the index of toxicity comparison before and after processing. The pure calcium oxalate crystal isolated from raw Rjozma Pinelliae, which was undissolved in water and organic solvents but dissolved in the acid and alkali solution, showing strong irritation. Because processing adjuvant alumbre and limewater are acidity and alkalinity respectively, it becomes possible to explain the processing mechanism considering the calcium oxalate crystals to be destroyed or not.
