摘  要:高浓度煤泥(质量浓度75%)在贮存中易于结块且在运输中常混入矸石、木块等杂质,故管道输送前必须对其破碎成浆,降低输送阻力。鉴于煤泥浓度高、持水性强、内聚力大,传统的破碎设备易发生堵塞,而SLC30煤泥搓和机弥补了传统破碎设备的缺陷,但实际应用中发现其煤泥处理量仅为20t/h,无法满足工程需求。本文详述了SLC30煤泥搓和机的改进方案,最终使得煤泥的处理量增加至30t/h,降底了煤泥破碎粒度,大大提高了其工作效率。High viscosity Slime (its mass concentration is 75%) is prone to agglomerated in the stockpile and interlarded with gangues, blocks in transportation. So it has to break up into fluid to debase its transportation resistance before pipeline-transportation. For Slime has high viscosity, high cohesion, strong water sustaining, it is difficult to broken up with tradition crushing equipment. SLC30 Slime kibbler rectify the limitation of tradition crushing plant, but its handling capacity of slime is just 20t/h and can't satisfy with need of industry application. This paper introduces a betterment project of SLC30 Slime kibbler detailedly, and its handling capacity improves to 30t/h, the crushing granularity is reduced a lot and efficiency is enhanced.
