摘 要:目的探讨γ-干扰素(γ-interferon,γ-IF)在实验性青光眼滤过术中抗结膜下瘢痕形成的效果。方法16只家兔随机分为对照组和用药组,每组8只16眼。均行小梁切除术,用药组于术毕即刻、术后第3天、第7天、第14天结膜下注射γ-IF500×103IU,对照组注射生理盐水。分别作眼压(intraocularpressure,IOP)、滤过泡及透射电镜和光镜观察。结果IOP:2组术后IOP均较术前下降,但2组间术后IOP无差异。功能性滤过泡:用药组14眼,对照组6眼。电镜观察:术后21d,用药组纤维排列整齐;对照组纤维排列紊乱。光镜观察:术后21d,用药组结膜下组织疏松,可见纤维间隙,成纤维细胞较少;对照组结膜下被纤维组织填充,成纤维细胞较多。结论γ-IF可有效防止滤过泡瘢痕化及巩膜瘘道阻塞,提高滤过术成功率,有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of γ-interferon(T-IF) on inhibiting the scar formation in experimental glaucoma filtration surgery. Methods Sixteen rabbits(32 eyes) were divided into control group and drug group, 8 cases ( 16 eyes) in each group. Glaucoma filtration surgery was performed in all rabbit eyes,0.5 mL T-IF(500 x 103 1U) were subconjuncUvally injected instantly after surgery and on the 3rd,7th,and 14th day postoperatively in drug group, while 0.5 mL NS was injected in control group. The intraoocular pressure, filtering blebs, examinations of transmission electron microscope and light microscope were observed. Results Intraocular pressures in two groups after surgery were lower than that before surgery,but there was no significant difference between two groups after surgery. The eyes with functional filtering blebs in drug group were 14,and which.in control group were 6. Transmission electron microscope on the 21st day after operation showed that the fibers arranged orderly in drug group,while which arranged disorderly in control group. Light microscope on the 21st day after operation showed that,the tissue of subconjunctiva were loose, filled with more fiber interspace and fewer fibroblast in drug group,while the subconjunctiva were filled with plump fibers and more flbroblast in control group. Conclusion γ-IF in glaucoma filtration surgery can inhibit the scar formation of filtering blebs effectively,and improve the successful rate of filtering surgery in rabbits.
