成年近视眼患者的屈光状态分析

摘　　要：目的通过统计行准分子激光屈光手术的患者术前检查的各项手术指标数据,分析其屈光状态,从而探讨影响近视度数(等值球镜度数)的因素。方法精确测量674例患者(1282眼)的各项术前指标,用SPSS软件包处理所测数据,进行相关的回归分析。结果674例(1282眼)患者,年龄18～43岁,平均(25.0±5.85)岁;等值球镜-0.50～-24.00D,平均(-6.13±1.38)D。近视等值球镜度数(屈光度)与眼轴长度、晶状体厚度呈正相关(分别为r=0.631、0.078,P均<0.05);在中度近视组与平均角膜屈光力呈正相关(r=0.093,P<0.05),而在低、高度近视组与平均角膜屈光力无明显的相关性;与年龄和前房深度呈负相关(分别为r=-0.236、-0.140,P均<0.05);与角膜厚度、眼压无明显的相关性。结论眼轴长度、角膜屈光力、晶状体厚度、前房深度和年龄对近视度数(等值球镜度数)均有一定的影响。ObjecUve To study the influence factors of myopic degree（spherical equivalent refraction） by counting the datum of each index before excimer laser refractive surgery. Methods The datum of preoperative examination were-measured in 674 patients with myopia（ 1 282 eyes）. SPSS software package were applied to deal with the datum,and regression analysis was made. Results The average age of 674 eases was （25.0 ± 5.85 ） years old. The spherical equivalent refraction was - 0.50 - - 24.00 D and the average was （ -6.13 ± 1.38 ） D. The spherical equivalent refraction was positively correlated with the length of axis and lens thickness（r =0.631 ,r = 0.078,P〈0.05） ,and positively correlated with the average coneal refractive power of the midrange myopia（ r = 0.093, P 〈 0.05 ）, invisible correlated with low and high myopia,negatively correlated with age and anterior chamber depth（ r = - 0.236, r = - 0.140, P 〈 0.05 ）, and invisible correlated with the corneal thickness and intraoeulax pressure. Conclusion The length of axis, corneal refractive power, lens thickness, anterior chamber depth and age have certain effect on the spherical equivalent refraction.
