摘 要:针对传统永磁同步电机直接转矩控制在低速运转时电流和转矩脉动大,并且开关频率不恒定,在直接转矩控制系统中运用滑模变结构控制理论,设计了滑模变结构控制器,并对常规滑模变结构控制中出现的抖振问题提出了合理的解决方法,以此作为电动汽车的驱动系统,提高了电动汽车的可靠性,从而达到系统的优化。在Matlab7.1的环境下,利用电力系统仿真库建立相关模型,对传统直接转矩控制与本文所采用策略的控制效果进行了仿真对比。结果表明后者极大地改善了系统的动、静态性能,对系统参数和外部干扰表现出较强的鲁棒性和不变性。Aiming at the problem of the conventional direct torque control (DTC) of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) takes on the following characteristics: high current and torque ripple at low speed and variable switching frequency. The strategy of variable structure sliding (VSS) mode control into the DTC system is introduced and the VSS model is designed. As the chattering that exists in normal VSS system, an appropriate way is presented in the paper. This motor is as the drive system of the electric vehicle, and it improves the vehicle's reliability. By using the power simulation tools, the control model is built on the environment of Matlab7. 1. The simulation compares the results of the conventional DTC and the proposed strategy control, and it shows that the latter strongly improves the dynamic and static operation performance, and it has stronger robust and consistency to motor parameter and disturbance.
