摘  要:将电触头弹跳现象作为自由振动碰撞的强非线性或突变问题处理,应用计算机数值模拟获得该问题的理论解,由此发现弹跳过程是无序运动,从理论上揭示了非线性动态接触电阻产生的动力学根源,数值模拟结果表明电接触系统机械设计参数对接触的动态过程有显著的影响.提出机械参数良好的匹配是改善和提高电接触元器件性能指标的经济、有效的方法.A treatment of contact bounce as a free vibroimpact, i. e. strongly nonlinear or catastrophic, problem is proposed. By the digital computer simulation a theoretical solution was obtained. From which we found that contact bounce is in an irregular motion and revealed the dynamics source to form the nonlinear dynamic contact resistance. A great number of numerical simulated results showed that the mechanical designed parameters has a strong affection on the dynamic contact behavior. Besides, an economic and efficient approach on the mechanical parameters optimization to enhance or improve the quality of electrical contact elements was suggested, and a group of parameters match curves for the engineering application was also offered.
