水果中噻螨酮残留量检测技术研究

摘　　要：目的：通过对水果中噻螨酮残留量的测定达到建立检测技术的目的。方法：采用超声波提取-固相萃取-高效液相色谱法对方法的检出限、精密度和准确度进行了研究。结果：方法的检出限为0．05mg／kg，回收率为84．0％-92．6％，相对标准偏差为7．17％。结论：该方法具有准确度高，精密度好，能够满足水果中噻螨酮残留量的检测要求。Objective：To establish the detective technique for detection hexythiazox residue in fruit. Methods：To adopt extract through ultrasonic and solidoid, use the high performance liquid chromatography to detect the limit of this method, the precision, the order of accuracy. Results： The detection limit of this method was 0. 05 mg/kg, the coefficient of recovery was 84. 0% - 92. 6% ,the relative standard deviation was 7. 17%. Conclusion：With high accuracy and precision,this method can meet the need of detecting the hexythiazox residue in fruit.
