摘　　要：普通话测试和对外汉语教学需要明确细致的语音标准,必须对北京语音进行深入的研究。为此,本文讨论了北京语音的含义、北京语音和土音的界限;并依据北京语音实际对普通话语音标准提出了一些新的认识和建议。The phonetic standards of PSC and Chinese teaching for foreigners should be more clear and detailed. The article discusses the definition of Beijing dialect and the differences between standard pronunciation of Chinese Mandarin and Beijing dialect, and proposes some new understandings and suggestions of the Putonghua phonetic standards.
