摘　　要：回顾了《民办教育促进法》颁布以来民办教育的发展形势,分析了民办教育地方立法的重要性,就民办教育地方立法的若干问题提出了建议。The paper reviews the developmental situation of private education since the promulgation of the Private Education Promotion Law, analyses the importance of the local legislation of private education and presents proposals for some problems concerning the local legislation of private education.
