摘　　要：为了适应现代社会对人才结构的需求,在高校实验教学中应注重创新人才的培养,开放实验势在必行。文章对开放实验的思路及实践进行了总结,并对实验室开放的管理、开放形式、开放情况、开放效果做了详细的介绍,指出了目前存在的问题,提出了改进的措施。To meet the requirement for qualified personnel,college＇s experiment teaching should attach more importance to the students of creativity,and open- stytled experiment becomes a must. This article makes a summary in the thinking and practice of open- stytled experiment which has lasted 6 years in the department of chemistry of Shanxi Xinzhou Teacher＇s University, dewells on the management, style, situation andeffect of open-styled lab,points out the present problems,and comes up with the measures for improvement.
