摘　　要：目的：探讨血小板衍化内皮生长因子（PD-ECGF）在肾透明细胞癌（RCCC）的表达及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学技术检测43例RCCC标本中PD-ECGF的表达，并分析其与RCCC的临床分期、病理分级及浸润、转移的关系。结果：43例RCCC中PD-ECGF的阳性表达率为67．4％（29／43），对照组12例正常肾组织未能发现阳性表达。PD-ECGF的表达与RCCC临床分期显著相关，T3～4显著高于T1～2期（P〈0．01），不同病理分级的表达差别无显著性意义。结论：PD-ECGF在RCCC的发生发展中起重要作用。与RCCC的浸润、转移相关。Objective：To explore the platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor （PD-ECGF） expression in renal clear cell carcinoma （RCCC） and its clinical significance. Methods：Immunohistochemical staining with anti- PD-ECGF monoclonal antibody 1C6-203 was used to analyze the PD-ECGF expression in 43 cases RCCC and 12 cases of normal renal tissue. Results： Normal renal tissue showed negative anti-PD-ECGF imrauno-staining. Tumor cells expressed positive staining of PD-ECGF in 29/43 （67.4 % ）. There were statistical significances between the T1-2 and T3-4 stage cases （P〈0.01）, but no correlation was found between PD-ECGF and tumor grading. Conclusions：The results suggested that PD-ECGF expression plays a role in development and invasion of RCCC.
