摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症病人因扩大性自杀作案的临床特征及法定能力评定问题。方法对4个案例作了报导和分析。结果此类案例的特征是:涉案前都有强烈的自杀倾向;被害对象为最受怜悯的亲人;作案时间都发生在早上;涉案场所都在家里;全部案例均评定为无责任能力。结论因扩大性自杀而涉案的抑郁症病人具有的临床特征,一般评定为无责任能力。Objective： To explore the clinical characters and responsibility evatuation in depressive patients who committed extended suicide. Methods： Four cases committed extended suicide were reported. Results： Earmarks of the four cases are as follows： 1. These patients had strong suicidal tendencies when they committed crime. 2. The persons they killed are their most commiserative relatives. 3. The moments of the crime were all in the morning. 4. All of the four cases are evaluated imresponsihility. Conclusion： Depressive patients committed extended suicide had their special clinical features, and were evaluated imcompetence.
