摘　　要：本文就速度滑冰教学中如何消除学生的恐惧心理进行了论述，分析了什么是恐惧，在速滑教学中学生产生恐惧心理的原因，以及对速滑教学的影响。笔者经过长期的教学实践，总结出一套科学、合理、有效的教学方法，对学生克服恐怖心理，尽快掌握技术动作，提高速度滑冰课的教学质量，受到了事半功倍的教学效果。How did this article eliminate student＇s dread on the speed skating teaching in to carry on the elaboration, has analyzed any is frightened, had the dread reason in the speed skating teaching middle-school student, as well as to speed skating teaching influence. The author passes through the long-term teaching practice, summarizes set of science, reasonably, the effective teaching method, overcomes the dread to the student, grasps the technical movement as soon as possible, enhances the speed skating class the teaching quality, has received the twice the result with half the effort teaching effect.
