摘  要:研究了不同硫酸加量制得的活性白土对棉籽油脱色效果的影响。结果表明,脱色效果显著,脱色后油脂的过氧化值明显降低;活性白土过高的活性度和游离酸造成脱色后油脂的酸值升高,同时活性白土也会对油脂中一些游离脂肪酸产生吸附作用;选用脱色性能较好的25%硫酸加量制得的活性白土对棉籽油脱色工艺进行优化研究,通过正交实验确定了最优工艺条件为:脱色温度95℃、脱色时间15 m in、脱色真空度0.09 MPa及加土量5%。Bleaching efficiency of cottonseed oil using activated products prepared with various dosage of sulfuric acid was investigated. The results showed that the bleaching performance were significant. The peroxide value of bleached oil was decreased distinctly, higher activity degree and free acid of acid activated bentonite could increase the acid value of bleached oil, at the same time, some of free fatty acids were adsorbed easily by acid activated bentonite. In addition, bleaching process of cottonseed oil by acid activated bentonite treated with 25% sulfuric acid was performed, the optimum conditions were obtained as bleaching temperature 95℃ ,time 15 min and dosage of acid activated bentonite 5% (W/V) under vacuum 0. 09 MPa.
