血清胆固醇水平与精神分裂症自杀未遂

摘　　要：几项研究显示，低胆固醇水平与自杀有关。为在精神分裂症患者中明确低血清胆固醇水平与自杀未遂史之间的关系，我们对１２４例患精神分裂症的自杀未遂者的血清胆固醇水平进行了调查和测定。结果显示：有自杀未遂史者的血清胆固醇水平明显低于无自杀未遂史者；有自杀未遂史者的血清胆固醇水平随自杀严重程度的增加而降低，两者呈直线相关。提示低血清胆固醇水平可作为预测自杀危险性的一个有用生物学标志。bjective:To study the relationship between serum cholesterol level and suicidal attempt in schizophrenic patients.Method:The serum cholesterol level of 78 schizophrenia patients who had attempted suicide were compared to those of 46 schizophrenic patients without such attempts.Results:The serum cholesterol levels of patients with attempted suicide were siginficantly lower than those of patients without attempted suicide . Serum cholesterol level was negatively and linearly correlated with the severity of suicidal behaviour.Discussion:Low serum cholesterol level is a potential biological marker of suicidal behaviour.Further studies should use larger sample number,patients with other psychiatric disorders, and include the concurrent study of 5-HT function in CSF.
