养肝解郁方对实验性肝损伤大鼠单核巨噬细胞的影响

摘　　要：采用CCl_4肝损伤大鼠模型,观察养肝解郁方的防治作用,结果表明该方能使肝脏严重病变恢复到轻度或轻中度病变,改善肝脏功能,使腹腔渗出细胞数减少,产生NO、TNF-α、IL-1的量明显降低,具有良好的免疫调节作用。In order to investigate the role of preventing and teating liver fibrosis with mixture Yan Gan Jie Yu (Chinese traditional drug), the rat models of liver injury were induced by CC14. The results indicated that the degree of liver injury in treated group was significantly lighter than that of untreated group. Degree of deposition of collagen in treated group was significantly milder than that of untreated group. The numbers of peritoneal macrophages, and quantity of nitric oxide, TNF-α, IL-1 producted by the macrophages were returned. It is suggested that mixture Yang Gan Jie Yu has good role of immune regulation.
