摘　　要：随着科学技术发展的加快,科学研究所需要的信息、物质、人才资源更趋社会化和综合化,各种资源的综合运用已成为科学研究的重要手段,也成为集成创新和原始创新的根本要求。在不影响大学传统教学功能的前提下,建设能够支撑创新性科研活动的科研平台是建设研究型大学的重要途径。The article considers the trend of socialization and integration of information, materials and human resources used in rapidly advancing scientific research, as an important means of science research and a requisite of cluster and original innovation. It stresses that it is an essential access to a research-oriemed university to establish a platform for innovative sci-tech probe without any side-effects on regular instructions.
