摘　　要：Bad是Bcl-2家族中与Bcl-2和Bcl-xL相关的促凋亡基因。Bcl-2家族促凋亡蛋白和抗凋亡蛋白通过竞争性相互作用来调控细胞凋亡。Bad在多种细胞中表达,近年研究表明Bad可通过细胞信号转导通路和与caspase家族成员的作用来参与细胞凋亡的全过程。其在脑缺血损伤和肿瘤方面的研究受到重视。Bad is a proapoptotic gene in Bcl-2 family, which is Bcl-xl /Bcl-2 associated death promoter. Cell death is regulated by competitive interactions between proapoptotic and antiapoptotic proteins of the Bcl-2 family in many researchs. Expression of Bad can be seen in many kinds of cells. Bad can promote apoptosis through cell signal pathway and reaction with caspases. Recently research of Bad about cerebral ischemia and tumor are hot apots.
