摘　　要：胃癌是常见的肿瘤之一,其发病率、病死率居恶性肿瘤之首。随着对其发生机制的研究和分子生物学技术的发展,近年来胃癌的基因治疗取得了很大的进展,有望成为胃癌治疗的新途径。本文就这方面的研究进展予以综述。Gastric cancer is one of the most common tumors, of which the morbidity and mortality are in the first place in malignant neoplasms. With the research of its mechanism and the development of molecular biology techniques, gent therapy of gastric cancer has made great progress and is expected to become new avenues.This article reviews the research progress in this respect.
