摘　　要：实习医师刚接触社会，面临各种医学人际关系。对人际关系处理得好坏，将影响到临床实习的收获，必将影响到自己今后的生存和发展。本文分析了实习医师的同学关系、师徒关系、医患关系、医护关系、与进修生的关系、与医院各级领导的关系和与亲朋好友的关系，并提出了相应的对策。The interns firstly approach the society with facing a variety of interpersonal relationships of medicine. Handling well with interpersonal relationships or not will affect the harvest of clinical practice, which will certainly affect the future of their own subsistence and development. This paper analyzes the intern＇s relationship of his classmates, teachers, doctor-patient, doctor-nurse health, student for advanced studies, hospital leaders at all levels and the relationship with friends and relations, and presents the corresponding countermeasures.
