摘　　要：农业物料物理特性的研究为农业生产、农业物料加工机械装备及系统的设计、生产工艺过程的检测与控制等提供了理论基础和技术手段,其研究成果的应用对提高农业机械及装备现代化水平有重要的作用。本文对主要农业物料的基本物理特性、力学特性、光学特性和电学特性的研究及其应用进展进行综述。The research of the physical properties of agricultural materials can provide theoretical sources and technical means for the agricultural production,the design of agricultural machinery or system,the monitoring and controlling of production technological process,these research results obtained application widely,which raised the standards of agficultural machinery modernization.In the paper,the research progress in the physical properties of some main agricultural materials,including the basic physical property,mechanics characteristic, light characteristic and electricity characteristic, is summarized.
