摘　　要：[目的]观察健胃愈疡颗粒(Jianweiyuyang Granule,JWYY)对复发胃溃疡(GU)大鼠胃黏膜组织中血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)mRNA表达的影响及抗复发机制。[方法]Okabe乙酸涂抹法制作大鼠GU模型。腹腔注射白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)制作GU复发模型。运用RT-PCR方法检测GU复发大鼠胃黏膜PDGF mRNA的表达。[结果]JWYY能明显升高PDGF mRNA的表达水平,且模型组PDGF mRNA的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]JWYY通过提高PDGF mRNA的表达,提高溃疡愈合质量,降低IL-1β所致的大鼠GU复发率。[Objective]To study the effect of Jianweiyuyang （JWYY） granule on the expression of platelet derived growth factor mRNA （PDGF mRNA） in rats with gastric ulcer recurrence and investigate the mechanism of the JWYY to prevent the recurrence of gastric ulcer. [Methods]The gastric ulcer was induced in rat by Okeba＇s method with some modification and the recurrence model caused by IL-1β. The expression of platelet derived growth factor mRNA （PDGF mRNA） was examined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） in gastric ulcer. [Results] PDGF mRNA expression in gastric tissues during the healing process in JWYY group significantly increased, and that in model group was higher than that in control group （P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]It is indicated that Jianweiyuyang granule can promote the expression of PDGF mRNA, which may be the mechanism of JWYY to accelerate ulcer healing and prevent recurrence of gastric ulcer.
