喉鳞状细胞癌组织FLIP和PTEN蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究FLIP和PTEN在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨FLIP在喉鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用及与PTEN的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例喉癌组织以及15例癌旁组织中的FLIP和PTEN的表达。结果:FLIP在喉癌中的表达阳性率(77.8%)高于癌旁组织(33.3%)(P<0.05),FLIP的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌患者的临床分期及颈淋巴结转移和预后均有关。PTEN在喉癌中的表达阳性率(65.0%)高于癌旁组织(0),(P<0.01),PTEN的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的肿瘤临床分期及分化程度、颈淋巴结转移和预后有关。FLIP与PTEN在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达呈负相关。结论:FLIP可能是喉鳞状细胞癌的一个重要的预后标记物。PTEN的表达与肿瘤临床分期、肿瘤分化和淋巴结转移有关,也可能是判断预后的一个有意义的指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of FLIP and PTEN in laryngeal Squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC） ,and the relationship between FLIP and PTEN. Method：The protein expression of FlAP and PTEN were examined by using immunohistochemical method in 45 cases of LSCC and 15 cases of para-carcinoma tissues. Resuit：FlAP protein positive expressive rate in the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cases（77.8 % ） was higher than that in the para-carcinoma tissues cases （33.3%, P 〈0.05）. The protein expression of FlAP was correlated with cervical lymph node mestastasis,clinical stage and prognosis. On the other hand, PTEN positive expressive rate in the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （65.0 %） was higher than that in the para-carcinoma tissues （0 %, P〈0.01）. The protein expression of PTEN was associated with tumor differentiation grade, clinical stage,cervical lymph node mestastasis and prognosis. There was a negative relationship between the expression of FlAP and PTEN in LSCC. Conclusion： The protein expression of FLIP may be an important prognostic marker for LSCC. The protein expression of PTEN was correlated with clinical stage,tumor differentiation grade, and cervical lymph node mestastasis . Consequently, it could be used as a valuable marker for the prognosis of LSCC.
