摘　　要：作为一整套完全覆盖企业的人、财、物、产、供、销、存等各个环节的计算机信息管理系统,ERP 不仅仅在整个工厂的各个业务流程实现电脑化管理,而且还可以帮助企业实现业务流程重组,从而提高企业的整体管理水平,促进企业的物流、资金流与信息流的统一。ERP 不同于单项管理(如财务管理、库房管理)小型软件,企业 ERP 的建设是一个复杂的系统工程,它的成功取决于四个方面:企业管理的基础、合适的 ERP 软件、成功地实施、应用后管理的持续改善。As an overall management system that covers the chains such as labor, money, material, production supplemen, sale and store, ERP can not only realize the computer management in each business sectors,but also to improve the material flow,finance flow and information flow control.Different from business sector software such as finance management and storage management,the implement of ERP is a systematical work.There are four factors that decide the final success;the basic of enterprise management,suitable ERP software,successful implement,continued management improvement after the implement.
